As we pass by the town of Barobo in Surigao del Sur.We ask for an information regarding the beautiful Islands visible from the highways...No available tours,no organized transpo,so we just took off by haggling with some fishing boat to an island called CABGAN...the trip took about 30 minutes but it's worth the waiting...you be the judge..
